Because I'm sick of having to do this other places here's a thread for all discussion of Avatar couples. Place here your favorite pairing, arguments for this pairing, etc. But remember no bashing. My own pairings: Katara/Zuko Sokka/Suki Sokka/Yue Sokka/Azula Momo/Appa (It's canon!) Edited thread title to add plea for no knicker twisting ~SMBH
Edited again because Sokka had purple knickers in the finale, thus hilarity is bound to ensue ~SMBH
Edited once more for a few requests. DO NOT post images that are too big (more than 100-300 kb); link to them instead. Also, please don't post many (~10+) images in a single post. And for the love of cabbages, if you want to quote a post with lots of images, turn the images into links. ~SMBH IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please keep the shipping conversation at a PG-13 level or below. Remember that ASN is a family-friendly website and that there could be young children reading the thread. You can discuss any ship you want, but please keep the conversation non-explicit.

Sokka Yue has the angst that I love and the canon I now and then ignore! It's perfect, if she...you know...the Moon Spirit.

I don't like Azula, that's why.. Plus Sokka would never go for a girl like her.

I'm not a shipper, but I do acknowledge the cannon couples and enjoy them as part of the story like everything else.

Yep, me either. It'd be a snooze fest if there wasn't any romance.

I used to be a non-shipper. In fact in most fan communites I still am. But Avatar has so much shipping potental it just when boom right in my face. That mixed with my discontent with the main Avatar ship, the rest is history. I still ship some canon things like Sokka/Yue and Sokka/Suki and I still I enjoy the canon fluff. But now it's easier to be free, with-out feeling slightly sick when-ever I went to fan-fiction.
