Looks like they're in the Northern Water Tribe. Either Sokka has just shown Suki that part of himself that will always be a quasi-widower for Yue and she's embracing him to that she's fine with it and their mutual understanding has strengthened their relationship, or else Suki is giving a metaphorical obscene hand gesture to Yue's ghost in a "He's mine, loser!" kind of way.

You'll notice there is no moon present.

Your art is as gorgeous as ever.    That one honestly looks like some sort of oil painting, especially the reflections in the water.  And there's something really different and interesting about the style you used for the aurora this time; sharper instead of blended.  It works well, actually. 

I'm counting on you to make something amazing for the extraspecialSukkariffic 100th page of this thread!!

I’m so glad that you and your art are back, KF! The aurora was simply beautiful.

As to where they are standing, I’m all for saying that they are in the newly refurbished Spirit Oasis of the Southern Water Tribe. It would be warm in there (so Sokka can be sans sleeves) and you have a bridge for crossing over from the SWT to a more Spiritual place plus the bridge is good for kissing, as we can see here. .
