I gave this a 10. Book 3 of Avatar is continuing the awesome streak of awesome episodes with "Sokka's Master". To me though, I guess I was so excited about the episode that it seemed really short... it seemed less than 30 minutes long. But it was still very good. Sokka in the weapons shop was funny... he wasn't very good at any of weapons... but his training with the swordsmaster really helped, as you could tell at the end of the episode.
Him using the meteorite to make a sword was cool... a black sword is very unique, but when he said that he wanted to use a special piece of metal I though he was going to use his boomerang... melting it down and using it in the sword.
I liked the preview of "The Beach" too. There was plently of action as I could tell and whatever game they were playing on the beach looked interesting... I wonder what playing on the beach could do with... anything... like advancing the plot? Guess I'll have to wait and find out. Maybe Nick will leak the episode and I'll find out sooner than I should.
Overall, very good.
EDIT: And I wonder what the lotus tile from Sokka's master could mean? Do you think it will connect the gaang to Uncle Iroh, eventually resulting in him training Aang? He does need to learn firebending soon, right?

My favorite yet! Please add more to your posts. One liners do no contribute and only take up space. Tell us why you enjoyed the episode and give examples so that people have something to reply to.

What a great episode. So many questions raised. What is Iroh up to? What is going on within The White Lotus Society? What about the meteor that Toph was given?
I love this episode.

What an amazing episode. Iroh kind of freaked me out a little...no wait, a lot. Sokka was perfect, and Aang, Katara and Toph trying to get on without him was sooo funny I think this just replaced The Headband as my favorite episode so far

Damn, Iroh is no fat man no more.
Plus, I have a feeling that Pai Sho piece will come into contract with Iroh.

'There's a million Li's'..best line in entire episode.
I really loved this. It exemplified Sokka's traits as he has them and did not have him gain uber-skill in 2 days (although he fought pretty well).
Sweet action sequence! And I'm totally in love with SM. He's amazing.
Ripped!Iroh scared me for a second. How long has he been doing that? Do you think that he wasn't just a little bit like that before and has always been hiding form us just how strong he is?
Wow. Processing....Loved it!

Awesome episode. Especially the Irohbics.
Great to see the show finally show Sokka some respect. I'm also glad he didn't turn into some super swordsman overnight (still unrealistically fast, I suppose, but I figured it'd just be a Rocky style training montage and instant ownage, so I was pleasantly surprised.)
Is it not cool that we have not yet heard a word from Iroh this season, yet he continues to be incredibly cool?
Just awesome.
(Yeah... Irohbics. Now that's a Turbopun)

I loved this episode. It has to be my all time favorite now. I felt so bad for Sokka at the beginning, and was glad he was able to find a master. I liked the Tokka moments, it seemed to me like it fit in the episode perfectly. And I did not see Sokka's Master being in the White Lotus coming, I thought they would spring Iroh, but I guess that explains why he was so nice to Sokka even after he admitted to being water tribe. It was just awesome.

I LOVED THIS EPISODE!!
The comets were from the preview; i always thought that they were Sozen's comet, though... oh well The bending at the beginning was really cool, so at least the episode wasn't COMPLETELY devoid of any bending The Fire Nation Master (i forget his name, sorry...) was really cool. i loved his non-racist (or nationist) attitude towards them, but i figure that its pretty bad that he got Aang. I mean, this is like the 3rd time almost that they blow their cover...
and yes. iroh. one of my favorite parts.... at least now we know that he isn't just really rotting away in jail.... but i wonder what the white lotus means? i mean, we know that iroh is connected to it, but i'm sure theres a deeper meaning to it that'll be unveiled later. i can't wait!
now, i'm excited for next week's episode. anybody else thinks that azula looks demented when she's announcing that the other team were complete failures.
and also that guy wtih the eye shooting stuff!! wheee more bending battles =D
