Yes, you need to download the installer.

If you already have the .NET Framework installed then you just have to download the Paint.NET v2.70 installer.

But, if you're not sure or if you don't have it, then you have to download the Paint.NET v2.70 with .NET Framework 2.0 installer.

The links are on the right side of the website where it says "Get it now (free download):".

I finally did a signature. It didn't turn out the way I wanted to though. I don't really like it. Give me your opinions guys.

(I switched up the numbers to make them more organized. And I also took out a lot of avatars that I wasn't satisfied with.)
