Being unable to edit posts more than a week old

Due to trolls, the forum settings have been modified where posts more than 7 days old can no longer be edited by users except for moderators and administrators.

We understand that those with works in Fan Fiction, Fan Art, Fan Media, and Creative Works are affected by this change as it is common for users to edit the first post of the thread to reflect an updated work. We are currently looking for a solution to allow the first posts of such threads to be edited.

In the mean time, you can PM either me or any moderators in charge of the board to help you make an edit to your first post whenever your work is updated.
