^That's great. It could be a marketing ploy though. Near perfection is in the eye of the beholder.

Romance? I take it we will see some Makorra then. Either that or Bopal will be featured prominently.

Keep in mind that - as opposed to this forum - the reddit Avatar community is often happy and excited Wink

But this makes me totally pumped! BRING. IT. ON!

Always with the run-up teasing. At least we get this one slightly early.

Any chance there will be another trailer/preview released before the premiere?

"All I will say is that romance figures prominently in both episodes" and "Yup Smiley I like that the show has really stepped up its romance game to become more mature and nuanced than the first few seasons, I think"

Well, that's interesting.

Indeed, i feel Korrasami could have a higher probability of happening then expected?...I guess we will see in a couple of hours!!

I can't think of anything clever to say.

^Agree on the first half of that statement. Disagree on the second half.

It's probably Zhu Li and Varrick (whats their ship name?) and Makorra in the finale. Bopal is already back together and Asami doesn't have a love interest. Maybe they'll have her joined the United Forces like they originally planned on doing after Book 1, and they can hint at Asami/Iroh. I dunno.

The only cartoon with gay couples is Clarence and i don't think Nick would allow it anyway.

In other things from reddit:

-"There's a few loose ends, but that's inevitable for a show with 22 minute episodes"
-"I did like the season 3 finale, with its awesome fight scenes, but it terms of hitting all the notes that I want a finale to hit (happy, sad, sentimental, satisfying, funny, awesome, exciting), I think this double-header is better. But it's hard to compare them because this one had to be more conclusive, whereas last season was preparing for the final season coming afterwards."
-There is a little time skip
-Part of the finale seem predictable but "Parts yes, but not in a bad way. And then other parts I definitely didn't see coming."
-Asami gets something significant to do since "Of course! She's a main member of Team Avatar!". Mako also gets to play a big role, along with everyone else."True. Everyone is really involved in this one, though. It's a great team effort."
-"Well it's actually two episodes airing back to back. Each episode is around 22 minutes long, so together it's 44 minutes, and that's without commercials."
-Zhu Li does lots of things
-In terms of message or theme, "Really good. The bending and spirit weapon stuff is really cool. Yeah I guess it does, but honestly it was pretty action and character heavy."

EDIT:
-Korra may or may not get romance herself? They used a shrug gif but it was also called "yeah". Take that as a grain of salt, I'd imagine.
-Romance isn't necessarily confined to one pairing.

Obviously it is. She doesn't want to spoil anything specific and risk her job. The reddit mods did say they received valid proof that this person indeed works for viacom.

If it was just a trollingattempt, I'd assume there to be at least something trolling about it Wink

OKAY, I AM TOTALLY HYPERVENTILATING RIGHT NOW.

I finally got two of my Avatar friends to watch the show with me! We're gonna have a little party and cry all we want as we watch this episode!

Guys, just a question, how many hours away are we from the midnight release? I live outside the US and we just need confirmation on the exact time we can watch this so we get to synchronize our time.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Around thirty hours.

Anyway, I am hyped. Though that girl on reddit has nothing to do with it. Though I am glad she liked it.

^Thanks, Brian!

Okay, so I'm just gonna hibernate for thirty hours til the release. Cheesy

Just one more tiny wish for the finale: I hope we still see Tonraq and Eska and Desna as leaders of the Water Tribes helping out. I mean, a cameo would do.
