Hai!

I recently watched all Avatar The last airbender seasons. Afterwards I discovered the comics, and wondered: Do I have to read them in chronological order? By the comics I mean: The Promise and The search and The Rift. I really want to read the search but not as much the promise. Do I have to read The Promis first?

You could always read a plot summary of The Promise if you really don't want to. But yes, you really oughta read them in chronological order, the plots are all somewhat connected. The comics honestly aren't that long, you could probably read The Promise in an hour or two.

Moved to The Library since this is a question about the comics.

Since this question has been answered, I'm also going to go ahead and close it.
