So I was wondering. If you would wake up one morning and find out you are not in your bed but somewhere in the Avatar world, what would you do ? Where would you go ?

Personally I'd go to the fire nation it would be nice to having fun there. What about you ? Where would you go or what would you do ?

I'd like to be in the Fire Nation...it's essentially the United States to the rest of the Avatar World's 3rd world countries. (I say that in the least offensive way possible.) Also, I feel like the nuances of that culture are more captivating than the others.

HOWEVER, I'm fascinated with the air of mystery possessed by the Air Nomads and what's cooler than absolute spiritual enlightenment?? If they still existed, it would be a coin toss to determine which of the two I would like to become a part of. Smiley

I don't think you can compare a continent from the Avatar world to our world ha,ha but I agree with you @rhymebender fire nation would be a good location to live. But the air nomads would be very interested as well.

I was just thinking this the other day. ^^ I think Ba Sing Se is such a wondrous sight, but all the Dai Li and underground stuff makes me not want to live there. I think I would like to visit all before I could decide. I happen to agree though I think the Fire Nation would probably be the best for me.

What's that one city called? The one that was a Fire Nation colony that was featured in The Promise? Oh right, Yu Dao. Because I'd love to be there. Less conflict between the benders, a strong sense of community, and it wouldn't be too hard to travel to various vacation spots in the Earth Kingdom. Plus, I have an odd fascination with Fire Nation culture, and Yu Dao has that. It just seems like a nice place to live, and after the mess with the Harmony Restoration movement, it would be kind of fun. Overall, not a bad place to live.

Oh, no doubt. If I could live in the avatarverse, I'd be living my life as an acolyte or an airbender in one of those temples in a heartbeat. Maybe I could be Pema. Cheesy But knowing myself, I'd probably end up being like those Southern Air Temple acolytes who practically worshiped him just because he was an airbender and the modern day figurehead for the Air Nation.

I would definitely visit the Fire Nation (the capital and Ember Island), but I would probably live near the Western Air Temple.

There would too many nice places to visit in that world, though... Especially Ba Sing Se, Zaofu, Kyoshi Island and the other Air Temples.

I'd be an Air Nomad in the Southern Air Temple. My personality is more like a monk (calm, pacifistic, reach enlightenment sort of guy) out of all the nations. Hanging out with Aang would be sweet. The cherry on top is air being my favorite element in the show (the freedom, defensive techniques, avoid & evade).

My headcanon associates Ember Island with the Jersey Shore, so I'd like to stay as far away as possible. Republic City would be nice, but I don't feel like paying the skyrocketing insurance premiums.

I think I might have to go with Zaofu or Omashu, maybe one of the other Fire Nation colonies, or the capital.

No, Cinder Island is the Jersey Shore. Ember Island is Miami.

It's either Cinder Island or The Eastern Air Temple for me. Cinder Island reminds me of Hawaii, and looks warm and balmy. Then again, after a while my indoorsy habits would get to the best of me, so if I had to pick between the two I would more than likely live in the Eastern Air Temple. Plus the inventions there are wildly creative, and I'd love to participate in that.

I wonder if Wan-Shi-Tong's library, if in our time, would have every Blu-Ray and DVD of anything ever as a part of all of the knowledge. ...Along with internet access. Tongue

I'd totally live there if that were the case.

Wait, where was Cinder Island again? I honestly don't remember seeing it.

Given his "knowledge" of the radio, I'm guessing Wan-Shi-Tong's no technology policy is pretty strict.

If they have snow I won't go near it!
